SKUNK RUN & JR SKUNK OLYMPICS
We have hosted a 5K run, The Race Against Racism, also known as The Skunk Run and our Jr. Skunk Olympics every year since 2015. Since the Mayor's office launched a celebration of Tulsa in 2018, we have coordinated this event to take place during #918Week.
The Skunk Run and Jr. Skunk Olympics presented by #RacismStinks is the only of its kind in Tulsa. The run will take participants through key locations in Tulsa connected to the 1921 Race Massacre for the purpose of spreading awareness of what happened then and to inspire this and future generations to change the course of history to chart a new path of racial reconciliation.

BECOME AN ALLY
An ally is someone who is more than a non-racist person, an ally is a person who takes part in activities actively working to demolish racism. An ally is not a spectator, an ally knows they’re not a savior but a supporter taking direction from the directly effected. An ally takes proactive steps to challenge racism in their sphere of influence and beyond.
